Ingredients

  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam or strawberry sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut tortillas into triangle shapes.
  3. Brush both sides lightly with melted butter.
  4. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over tortilla pieces.
  5. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy; let cool.
  6. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  7. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  8. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to create cheesecake filling.
  9. In a small bowl, mix strawberries with strawberry jam or sauce.
  10. Arrange tortilla chips on a platter and drizzle with cheesecake filling and strawberry topping.
  11. Serve immediately.
