Description
A fun and indulgent dessert made with crispy cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips topped with creamy cheesecake filling and sweet strawberry sauce, perfect for sharing.
Ingredients
- 6 small flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam or strawberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut tortillas into triangle shapes.
- Brush both sides lightly with melted butter.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over tortilla pieces.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy; let cool.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to create cheesecake filling.
- In a small bowl, mix strawberries with strawberry jam or sauce.
- Arrange tortilla chips on a platter and drizzle with cheesecake filling and strawberry topping.
- Serve immediately.

- Chill cheesecake filling for 15 minutes for a firmer texture.
- You can substitute graham crackers for tortillas.
