Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles are a quick and flavorful dish made with tender chicken, chewy noodles, and a glossy garlic-soy sauce that is sweet, savory, and satisfying.


Ingredients

  • 250 g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 200 g egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, water, cornstarch, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add sliced chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Pour the sauce into the pan and simmer until thick and sticky.
  7. Add the cooked noodles and toss well to coat evenly.
  8. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring gently.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
