Ingredients
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tbsp olive oil or softened butter
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella, cheddar, or grated Parmesan
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, halved (optional for rubbing)
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions

- Toast the sourdough in a skillet, oven, or air fryer until lightly golden.
