Description

Soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls swirled with creamy cheesecake filling and sweet peach compote for a fruity, rich, bakery-style treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (12–16 oz) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced peaches (fresh, canned, or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tsp water (optional, for thickening)
  • Icing from the cinnamon roll can or homemade glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 baking dish.
  2. In a small saucepan, cook peaches, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until soft and syrupy. Thicken with cornstarch slurry if needed. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Unroll each cinnamon roll and spread a layer of cheesecake filling over the dough.
  5. Add a spoonful of peach mixture and gently roll back up.
  6. Place all rolls into the baking dish.
  7. Spoon remaining peach mixture over the top.
  8. Bake for 22–28 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  9. Drizzle with icing while warm.

Notes

  • Use canned peaches for the quickest prep.
  • For extra richness, add a swirl of cheesecake filling on top before baking.
  • Top with toasted pecans for crunch.
  • Let rolls cool slightly before icing to prevent melting.
