Description
Creamy cheesecake bars with a buttery graham cracker crust and rich Nutella swirls baked on top, making a decadent and irresistible treat.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined.
- Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until smooth.
- Pour cheesecake batter over the crust and spread evenly.
- Warm Nutella slightly in the microwave for easy swirling. Drop spoonfuls over the batter and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For cleaner cuts, chill overnight before slicing.
- You can substitute the graham crust with crushed Oreos for a richer flavor.
- Store bars in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
