Description

Creamy cheesecake bars with a buttery graham cracker crust and rich Nutella swirls baked on top, making a decadent and irresistible treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Nutella


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until smooth.
  6. Pour cheesecake batter over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Warm Nutella slightly in the microwave for easy swirling. Drop spoonfuls over the batter and swirl gently with a knife.
  8. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
  9. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For cleaner cuts, chill overnight before slicing.
  • You can substitute the graham crust with crushed Oreos for a richer flavor.
  • Store bars in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
