Description
Decadent brownies swirled with creamy cheesecake and chunks of Milky Way bars for a rich, gooey, and indulgent dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix (for a 9×13-inch pan) or homemade brownie batter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (if using boxed mix)
- 1/4 cup water (if using boxed mix)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 Milky Way bars, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Prepare brownie batter according to box directions (or homemade recipe). Pour 3/4 of the batter into the pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Sprinkle chopped Milky Way bars evenly on top, then pour the remaining brownie batter over them.
- Use a knife to lightly swirl layers together for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing for best results.
Notes
- For extra gooey brownies, underbake slightly and chill before cutting.
- Milky Way Midnight or Caramel varieties also work well for this recipe.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
