Description

Marry Me Dip is a rich, creamy, and irresistibly cheesy appetizer inspired by the viral ‘Marry Me Chicken’ recipe. Loaded with cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and Parmesan, this baked dip is bursting with flavor — perfect for serving with crackers, bread, or veggies at any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ⅓ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil (for garnish)
  • Crackers, crostini, or pita chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with golden edges.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
  7. Serve warm with crackers, crostini, or fresh vegetables for dipping.

Notes

  • Add cooked, shredded chicken or crispy bacon for extra protein and flavor.
  • Use a combination of mozzarella and provolone for an even cheesier pull.
  • This dip can be made ahead — refrigerate before baking and add 5 minutes to the cook time when ready to serve.
  • Leftovers can be reheated in the microwave or oven until warm and creamy again.
