Hot Chocolate Lasagna is a no-bake layered dessert featuring an Oreo crust, creamy chocolate layers, whipped topping, and hot cocoa flavors, perfect for holidays and gatherings.
Ingredients
- 36 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup hot chocolate mix (powder)
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 (12 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (5.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Chocolate shavings or chocolate chips for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed cookies with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over the crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk hot chocolate mix, pudding mix, and cold milk until thickened. Spread evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Spread remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.
- Top with mini marshmallows and chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
