Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups rolled oats (blended into flour)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Blend rolled oats in a blender or food processor until they form a fine flour.
  3. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  4. Add oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon to the bananas and mix until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 40โ€“45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing.
