Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a small circle.
  3. Place one cube of mozzarella in the center of each dough circle.
  4. Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch to seal completely.
  5. Place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and salt.
  7. Brush the butter mixture over each biscuit bomb.
  8. Bake for 12โ€“15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
