Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Arrange shrimp evenly in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
- Bake uncovered for 12โ15 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overbake shrimp to avoid a rubbery texture.
