Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Arrange shrimp evenly in the baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
  7. Bake uncovered for 12โ€“15 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  8. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
