Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bacon Stuffed Crescents are golden, buttery crescent rolls filled with a creamy, cheesy mixture of chicken, bacon, and garlic. These irresistible pastries make a perfect appetizer, snack, or quick dinner everyone will love.
Ingredients
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up the crescents starting from the wide end, tucking in the sides slightly to seal the filling.
- Place them on the prepared baking sheet, tip side down.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
Notes
- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- For extra garlic flavor, mix 1/4 tsp garlic powder into the melted butter before brushing.
- These can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking — perfect for parties or meal prep.
