Description

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bacon Stuffed Crescents are golden, buttery crescent rolls filled with a creamy, cheesy mixture of chicken, bacon, and garlic. These irresistible pastries make a perfect appetizer, snack, or quick dinner everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  4. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up the crescents starting from the wide end, tucking in the sides slightly to seal the filling.
  6. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, tip side down.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

  • Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • For extra garlic flavor, mix 1/4 tsp garlic powder into the melted butter before brushing.
  • These can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking — perfect for parties or meal prep.
  • Serve with ranch or marinara sauce for dipping.
