Description
Soft golden buns stuffed with juicy cheeseburger filling, brushed with garlic butter, and topped with Parmesan for a fun and flavorful twist on classic burgers.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is soft, about 6–8 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Place 2 tbsp beef mixture and 1 tbsp cheese in the center.
- Fold dough around filling, pinching edges to seal, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake 15–18 minutes, until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Best served fresh, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven for crispiness.
- You can substitute biscuit dough with pizza dough or homemade dough.
- Try adding bacon bits or jalapeños for extra flavor.
