Description

Soft golden buns stuffed with juicy cheeseburger filling, brushed with garlic butter, and topped with Parmesan for a fun and flavorful twist on classic burgers.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is soft, about 6–8 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Place 2 tbsp beef mixture and 1 tbsp cheese in the center.
  5. Fold dough around filling, pinching edges to seal, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake 15–18 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Best served fresh, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven for crispiness.
  • You can substitute biscuit dough with pizza dough or homemade dough.
  • Try adding bacon bits or jalapeños for extra flavor.
