Description
Juicy bite-sized cheeseburger bombs filled with seasoned beef and melty cheese, brushed with garlic butter and topped with Parmesan for an irresistible appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce until browned. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
- Spoon a small amount of cooked beef into the center and top with shredded cheese.
- Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching seams to seal, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic.
- Brush each bomb with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Add chopped pickles inside for classic cheeseburger flavor.
- Serve with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping.
- Do not overfill to prevent leaking.
- These can be air-fried at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.
