Description

A fast, flavor-packed dish featuring tender seared steak slices tossed with buttery garlic noodles for a rich, satisfying meal ready in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz noodles (ramen, udon, or spaghetti)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Season the sliced steak with salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  4. Add steak slices in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  5. Lower heat to medium and melt the butter in the same skillet.
  6. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. Simmer 1 minute.
  8. Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  9. Return the seared steak to the pan and toss everything together.
  10. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

  • Use ribeye for the most tender steak bites.
  • Add broccoli or snap peas for extra veggies.
  • For extra richness, add 1 more tablespoon of butter at the end.
