Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear steak bites in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.

- Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Return steak bites to skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, deglaze the skillet with a splash of white wine before adding cream.
- Best served with mashed potatoes, pasta, or crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
- Use ribeye or New York strip for even more tenderness.
