Description

Juicy garlic butter steak bites served with a rich and creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect as a main dish or an indulgent appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear steak bites in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Return steak bites to skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, deglaze the skillet with a splash of white wine before adding cream.
  • Best served with mashed potatoes, pasta, or crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
  • Use ribeye or New York strip for even more tenderness.
