Creamy frozen Greek yogurt bites swirled with peanut butter and lightly sweetened, creating a quick and healthy snack perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Warm the peanut butter slightly to make it easier to drizzle.
  4. Dollop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the parchment-lined sheet.
  5. Drizzle peanut butter over each dollop and swirl gently with a toothpick.
  6. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top if using.
  7. Freeze for 1–2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Store in a freezer-safe container and enjoy straight from the freezer.
