Description

Ingredients

  • 4 naan breads
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in fresh herbs and black pepper.
  3. Warm naan breads in the oven or skillet until soft and slightly toasted.
  4. Spread whipped feta mixture generously over each naan.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
  6. Serve warm as an appetizer or alongside grilled meats and salads.
