Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together cottage cheese and eggs until well combined.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping into small rounds.
- Lightly flatten each round for even cooking.
- Bake for 18โ22 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
