Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together cottage cheese and eggs until well combined.
