Description
A rich and creamy roasted garlic Parmesan dip blended with smooth cream cheese and baked until bubbly. This savory dip is packed with roasted garlic flavor and perfect for parties or cozy gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 whole head garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes until soft and golden.
- Allow garlic to cool slightly, then squeeze out the roasted cloves into a bowl.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, roasted garlic, Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to a small baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with bread, crackers, or vegetables.
