Description

A rich, creamy dip bursting with salty feta, briny green olives, garlic, and herbs—perfect for olive lovers and ideal for crackers, veggies, or sandwiches.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup green olives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the chopped green olives by hand to keep texture.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with parsley and extra olive oil if desired.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature with crackers, pita, or veggies.

  • For extra tang, add a spoonful of brine from the olive jar.
