Ingredients
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup green olives, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the chopped green olives by hand to keep texture.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with parsley and extra olive oil if desired.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature with crackers, pita, or veggies.
Notes
- For extra tang, add a spoonful of brine from the olive jar.
- Use feta in brine for the creamiest texture.
