Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, finely chopped or shredded
  • 3 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or boxed mix)
  • ½ cup dried cranberries (or chopped fresh cranberries)
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • ¼ cup chicken or turkey broth (as needed)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing)
  • For Serving (optional):
  • ½ cup turkey gravy or cranberry sauce for dipping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked turkey, stuffing, and cranberries. Mix well.
  3. Add beaten egg and just enough broth (a few tablespoons at a time) until the mixture holds together but isn’t soggy.
  4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt if needed. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Using your hands or a cookie scoop, form 1 ½-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush each stuffing ball lightly with melted butter for a golden crust.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until heated through and golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with turkey gravy or cranberry sauce for dipping.
