Ingredients
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, celery, and garlic. Sautรฉ until vegetables begin to soften.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, black pepper, and crumbled bacon (reserve some for topping if desired).
- Stir in the softened cream cheese until fully melted and incorporated.
- Add the egg noodles and cook for 8โ10 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Taste and adjust salt if needed.
- Serve hot, topped with green onions and extra bacon.
