Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayonnaise


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined (do not overmix).
  2. Shape mixture into 4 burger patties.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  4. Toast burger buns lightly on the grill or skillet.
