Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup diced veggies (spinach, bell peppers, onions, optional)
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish.
