Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits, cut into quarters
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning (optional)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and 1 cup of the cheese.
- Add the biscuit pieces to the bowl and gently stir until they’re coated with the sauce mixture.
- Pour everything into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Brush melted butter over the top and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and parsley (if using).
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm and bubbly!
