Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders are soft, cheesy mini sandwiches filled with tender chicken, crispy turkey bacon, and creamy ranch dressing, baked to golden perfection for an easy crowd-pleasing meal.
Ingredients
- 12 slider rolls
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF).
- Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ranch dressing, and turkey bacon.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolls.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the filling.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and dried parsley.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 5โ7 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- You can substitute cheddar or Colby Jack cheese.
