Description

Cheesy Garlic Rolls are soft, fluffy bread rolls brushed with garlic butter and loaded with melted cheese, perfect as a side dish or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk and let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and melted butter; mix and knead until a soft dough forms.
  3. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Roll dough into small balls and place in a greased baking dish.
  6. Mix butter and garlic, then brush over the rolls.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly on top.
  8. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
