Description

Soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls filled with sweet cookie butter and topped with a luscious Biscoff glaze for an irresistible twist on the classic treat.


Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Biscoff cookie butter (for glaze)
  • 2–3 tbsp milk (for glaze)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
  5. Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  6. Spread softened butter and Biscoff cookie butter over dough.
  7. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Tightly roll into a log and cut into 9–12 rolls.
  9. Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise 30–40 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Mix powdered sugar, Biscoff cookie butter, and milk to make glaze.
  12. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.

  • Use room temperature ingredients for best dough texture.
  • For extra indulgence, drizzle melted Biscoff cookie butter on top before serving.
  • Can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
