Description
Soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls filled with sweet cookie butter and topped with a luscious Biscoff glaze for an irresistible twist on the classic treat.
Ingredients
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Biscoff cookie butter (for glaze)
- 2–3 tbsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
- Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread softened butter and Biscoff cookie butter over dough.
- Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Tightly roll into a log and cut into 9–12 rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise 30–40 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar, Biscoff cookie butter, and milk to make glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for best dough texture.
- For extra indulgence, drizzle melted Biscoff cookie butter on top before serving.
- Can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
