Description

Banana berry overnight granola oats are a quick, healthy, and delicious make-ahead breakfast packed with creamy oats, fresh fruit, and crunchy granola. Perfect for busy mornings or meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a jar or container, combine oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  2. Add sliced banana and berries into the mixture.
  3. Cover the container and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats and chia seeds to soften.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats and top with granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
  5. Enjoy chilled or add a splash of milk if desired.

Notes

  • Use dairy-free yogurt to make it fully vegan.
  • Granola should be added just before eating to prevent sogginess.
  • Can be meal-prepped in batches for up to 3 days in the fridge.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
