Description

Almond Flour Bread Rolls are soft, fluffy, and low-carb rolls made with almond flour, perfect as a gluten-free alternative for sandwiches or dinner rolls.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter
  • 1/4 cup warm water


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, olive oil, and warm water.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Scoop the dough and shape into small rolls, placing them on the prepared tray.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overmix the dough.
  • You can sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds on top before baking.
