Almond Flour Bread Rolls are soft, fluffy, and low-carb rolls made with almond flour, perfect as a gluten-free alternative for sandwiches or dinner rolls.
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter
- 1/4 cup warm water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, olive oil, and warm water.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop the dough and shape into small rolls, placing them on the prepared tray.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Do not overmix the dough.
- You can sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds on top before baking.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
