Description

3-Ingredient Condensed Milk Cookies are soft, buttery cookies made with just condensed milk, butter, and cornstarch, perfect for an easy melt-in-your-mouth treat.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cornstarch


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, beat the softened butter until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully combined.
  4. Gradually add the cornstarch and mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Roll dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Flatten slightly with a fork or the bottom of a glass.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until set but not browned.
  8. Allow cookies to cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overbake; cookies should remain pale.
  • Add vanilla or lemon zest for extra flavor if desired.
